even though he tries to cover it up as hard as he can, Felix Ventes is not the normal young adult that one would picture in their head when thinking about the most ordinary person they could think of. Neither does he know who or what exactly he is, nor does he understand how the world around him works ...
but Felix tries to navigate his way through life like everyone else does. he works a normal nine-to-five office job, which he is pretty good at (even though he does not really understand what even qualifies him to be in this position), and tries to fit in with his colleagues in their everyday life. He also tries to manage everything that comes with living on his own – sustaining the body with food and drinks, getting the goods that one needs to live in a neat and tidy flat, living a fulfilled and balanced social life … the usual stuff! he lives in a shared apartment together with four unconventional roommates, but they tend to get along well. though with two of them being vampires and one being a wizard in retirement, their daily life is filled with challenges that need to be overcome by compromises.
