i was aware of mana sama before checking out malice mizer - but i never knew that he was in such a cool band back in the 90s/2000s. i love looking through old pictures of them in scanned magazines and reading through the history of the band and their concepts. their sound is just so different from most of the music i have listened to before. their shows are literally art, the outfits and sets are so well put together. i am really interested in finding out more about them.

i think my favorite song by them is Honey Vanity (from Közi). but i listen to so many of their songs on repeat right now. whoever created that podcast on spotify with the illegal reuploads of all malice mizer and mdm songs and the stupid cat images - i am so fucking greatful for them. that's literally community service.
